1. Purpose of the App

Vamos Speak is a Spanish language learning app that offers interactive role-plays, debates, courses, an AI tutor, and personalized feedback to improve your speaking skills.

2. Registration & Access

Some features require an account, created with your email address and a password or via Sign in with Apple or Google. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 13, parental consent is required. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if this condition is not met.

4. Fees & In-App Purchases

Vamos Speak is free to download. Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions are offered and are processed exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in your App Store or Google Play settings. All prices include applicable taxes. Promotional offers and promo codes may be subject to additional conditions.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect certain personal data during onboarding and app usage, such as:

  • Your selected language and learning preferences
  • Your email address
  • Text and voice input when interacting with the AI

These data are used solely to provide and personalize your learning experience.

Data is processed only by the following services:

  • Supabase (authentication and data storage)
  • OpenAI (AI language and speech processing)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • OneSignal (push notifications)

We do not use your data for advertising.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, educational context.

You must not:

  • Use the App to send or generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the AI features
  • Misuse the app's functionality outside the intended language learning purpose

7. Disclaimer

Vamos Speak uses artificial intelligence to generate conversations and feedback. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete and does not constitute professional advice.

We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or completeness of content.

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, where legally permitted, is the developer's place of residence.
